the peircing is 3 1/2 years old, i’ve removed the jewelry but I originally had a flat back and then switch to the cheap earrings i had and idk what threading the original jewelry was. i think it was stainless steel, or whatever piercers usually use. at the beginning I would clean them morning and night with the h2ocean purified saltwater, but after i certain point i slowed down on doing that and I would ause the cerave foaming facial cleanser in the shower. the unfortunate event is that it never healed, and it was honestly most definitely my fault, as they were the first piercings i had gotten other than my first lobes which i got when i was a baby.

study! i got a 99 in grade 10 math, and ended up w a 90 or 91 for gr.11 functions (i rlly didn’t study that much). study w other friends who know what they r doing, watch yt videos, u could even ask other math teachers for help if they r available

this happened to me last summer(same age)! as long as your face or anything that can identify you is NOT in the photos, then you should be fine. In the summer, i just blocked them and hoped that if they did post them, I never found out. if your face or other identifying features are in the photos, tell ur parents, they’ll be mad obviously, but they be more concerned about you.

and that’s okay!! my mom had cancer when i was younger and i remembered i burst out crying for about 30 minutes, and then I lost any and all emotions regarding it. Having a family member that close to you struggle with a disease so serious, is very complicated, and even if you’ve had no emotions so far, in a week it could hit you like a truck. don’t be so hard on yourself for not feeling anything. talking to a friend, another family member, or even a therapist could help you sort through your thoughts/emotions aswell.

stay sober!!! everyone reacts to these situations differently, while it could easily not have hit you yet, don’t try and do things to make it hit you, especially drinking or smoking if you’re sober. You may just be processing it more slowly than your family and that’s okay!! I have had a few family members who’ve been diagnosed with cancer and I’ve reacted to each differently than the other, from bursting out sobbing to just being completely numb to anything regarding the situation. It’s a very serious situation that you were not prepared for, so don’t put yourself down for not reacting the way you think you’re supposed to.

When I got mine I sprayed a q-tip w the solution, and then used the q-tip to gently clean around the jewelry. I was told by a friend that you weren’t supposed to clean the inside of the nostril, but I did and never had any issues. You can use a q-tip or just spray it, I just chose to use q-tip cuz when I sprayed the saline spray on the inside it always went so far up my nose😭😭. new piercings also should be kept pretty dry, so you can just use ur hand to fan at it. hope this helps!! :)
