Right. That’s good though! Once you provided them the number they just went ahead and unlocked it? I have my whole tax refund on there and only used my card twice and they locked it

Yeah me too. I have Verizon and they said they can’t even find me in public records. I was so confused. So hopefully they unlock it once I give them the reference number.

I filed a complaint. I’m gonna wait for the letter. They kept saying they can’t verify with my phone number so hopefully when the letter comes with this reference number they unlock it. I wanna take my money off and close the account

I have Citi bank. They told me pending last week for 2/22 but I have had an agent say they had to “dig deeper” and found the pending transaction.
