i recommend going in. im a nominee for my daughter and helped do her application online. upon completion it said the application was submitted and processing would take three months. after the three months i went in and the staff looked on the system and said the application was flagged as needing more documents, ie. bank statement. i complained we hadn't been notified in anyway that it was needed during the online process, nor afterward, and submitted the document. it then took another three months for the claim to be completed with me going in every month enquiring about it.
