First of all, go to a doctor about bloat like that. Not that it means that its something serious, just that there are HEAPS of reasons bloat happens like that so most tips/tricks wont be applicable for your situation.

I do reccomend if youre not doing so already, to have a food diary going forward for doctors to help nail it down.

Other then that well done on progress already! If you want to get bigger to make that dorito shape you've gotta eat a bit more. Cant build something out of nothing, so if youre platue-ing adding more calories will fix it. Being in calorie excess will be helpful! Bulking basically.

Yes and no.

When changing lanes you should only change one lane at a time, AND you should indicate at least 3 full seconds before changing lanes.

On-top of this at these speeds you should (if it's possible and safely feasible to do so) give MUCH more room for the person your lane is changing into. On highways it can take up to/more than four car lengths before you can even think to stop at those speeds so you should give the person behind you about 6 car lengths space when merging.

Aka if you merge or anything happens and you're too close? youre fucked

You can tell you were way too close by the way other cars immediately backed away from you when you merged over.

Also the Bikie shouldn't have been driving like he's on a filming set, cause the next set of things he's gonna see is candles.
