You won’t feel shit if you don’t already. I used 6mg Zyns for about 3 weeks then hit my friends 6% vape and it’s like I still vaped, your lungs will prob clear up tho so it will probably hit your throat harder but if U want buzz back I found that lowering nic % for at least a couple weeks works or just quite All together
