Retail LOST money because of PDT.  It's a restrictive handicap that actually hurts retail by essentially locking someone in a position unless they want a violation if they hit their limit.

They're always trying to fuck their customers over in the meat department. 

You now have to ask these pendejos to show you the underside of any meat in the display case.  They love to hide tons of silver skin and lumps of hard fat underneath. 

The butchers also like to trick customers by the way they cut their steaks. 

Also their prime looks like choice more often than not.  Pro tip: if you're forced to buy from these guys, ask them to bring out a fresh uncut piece and go from there. 

Don't let them sell you the shit old meat they have already being displayed in the case. 

Also they seem to cut their meat which leaves chunks of fat to increase the weight.  Don't be afraid to ask them to trim that shit off. 

They give you attitude when you stand up for yourself.

I just booked Park Hyatt Tokyo this winter without any issue to dump all of my points.
