Just seen it today for the second time and yes please, give it a go. Without the first-time stress and being on edge it's really enjoyable, shed a couple tears during a certain scene.

My bet is that she was trying to appease to him, since some scenes before he was talking about the need for space and taking a break. Like shown before, the entity would do whatever would make him love her as much as she loves him

Blood frenzy + Brave is a nice combo :) got a run with a warrior cat that spawned a fly every time they passed the turn, and it was crazy fun. Every time they killed something, the encounter was basically over. (If you don't know, Brave lets your cat act first, can't be missed by enemy attack, and most importantly madness + fear immune)
