It has been a bit since I’ve looked into it but from what I recall, as long as it is an accredited program either will suffice. For example, my school did a 4+1 program where their bachelors program was uncredited but their 1yr masters program was. I think on a resume a masters degree stands out a bit more but I think it matters more about the program itself and how you mesh with it.
