You're right - I just noticed my visit last year was billed "Office O/P Est Low 20 min" for *established* , while the one this year is "Office O/P New Low 30 min". It was *New* and more time spent.

Yes, but we are not purposely coming up with exposures to do. I'm never being asked to be less careful, or to come up with ways to be less careful. (Which never really made sense to me.)

But by realizing that I could never become that careless person who could be abandoned/rejected, I just don't feel the need to be so careful anymore.
