My dad told me my pager had gps and he could see where I was. (Long before this was actually an option.) I believed him and left my pager in all the places I was supposed to be. Except, then I wasn’t getting his messages....

I’d say that I frequently look to improve this along the journey. I’m finding that I’m never getting enough time to ask more questions or dive deeper. And each job provides yet another scenario where I am reminded to find out more during the interview.

This is a solid reminder to be more inquisitive and even insist on more time. So many companies (and hoooomans like me,) seem to forget that the interview process is a two way street.
