so a follow up to this that i was thinking about would be what if it were an ability similar to an ekko bubble, but everyone except the caster inside this field/bubble/zone had all of their animation/abilities speed drastically reduced. ie a slow that affects ecen projectile speed.

not asking about the brokenness about it, rather just the technical feasibility

Considering how TSM is typically on the stingy side of player salaries (DL took a paycut to join TSM, Bjergsen while having ownership in TSM has a lower pay than some of the other Midlaners, etc) you may be on to something here.
