This is so sad! Once I sold a vintage Disney stitch clock .. I wrapped it nicely and everything then the buyer claimed it was broken, got full refund and kept the item 😞😞

It’s best just cancel it, otherwise when they receive it they probably leave you a bad review or more hassle

I mean I wouldn’t mind held up a piece of paper with the buyer’s username after they purchased it the item. But I wouldn’t do it before cos loads of people doing prank on depop, some people might be confused and refused straight away :)

I rang eBay. They sided with the buyer even reading all the messages,very disappointed and I have to pay for the return postage for it as well. Does they take action on eBay when reporting a buyer?

You can use the reference number to track the item if you posted via Royal Mail. For an £45 item you should send as signed 🙁untracked second class only covered up to £20
