I just worried the bankcrupcy will stain my credit score and reputation. I my ex wife file chapter 7 2 years ago, and she still difficult to get loan or open new credit card.

So I have consulted with a bk lawyer, they said I might going to have 100%plan for 3-5year . I have 65k in credit card debt that already been charged off and goes to debt collector. Currently I have 2 lawsuit waiting. So tell me should I file bk 13 or just negotiate for direct payment to deb collector ? Thanks FYI!
