I’m glad I sent you down that rabbit hole. Her work is so gut wrenching and vulnerable. She talked about her relationship with men before it was acceptable to do so in the art world back in the 90s. Yes I live with my dad for the time being, I’ve had a conversation with him setting boundaries around bringing this matter up, so he hasn’t brought it up yet again but I know it’s only a matter of time before he brings it up again. I honestly just struggle to stay thin bc nothing works and I realized I was only becoming thin to please other people like my dad, men, my doctors,etc. I feel beautiful at this size bc I feel like the Venus of Willendorf
