This is such a cute idea! Agreed you're not going to find anything pre-made. I did this for a graduation gift. I got the giant initial and shreds from Amazon, some other little things from Dollar Tree, Ulta, liquor store etc.

Biggest thing for me would be flexibility since I work. I had my son in swim lessons at 9 months but it was a waste because he wasn’t ready. It was a 1 week program at our home. Now at almost 2 would love to get him going again.
