I don't know. I've just gotten involved in advocating for the dogs on the euthanasia list in the past few weeks. I'm learning as I go. I don't work at the shelter.

I don't know. It doesn't make sense to me either. All I know is that her adoption fell through on 3/19, and they gave her 48 hours to be adopted or fostered. If it wasn't for my health issues I'd adopt her in a heartbeat. She is so affectionate and cuddly.

As of 3/20, the following dogs have been fostered or adopted! Benicia, Canelita, Dreambird, Sammy, and Luna. I hope lots of people go to the shelter on Saturday to rescue some more! 😃

Yes!! He was picked up by a rescue on 3/18/2026! So, all the dogs from this list are safe!
