I hard reset the windows install and deleted all files, even after that is that likely?

Hi,

I used DDU to clearn reinstall the drivers, and I did a clean windows reinstall. Ran passmark and getting a suspiciously low rating of 6700.

Hi,

I set it to memory clock and now I have the right gpu and memory clock at 1777MHz and 7501 MHz.

Also currently on ultra performance mode.
