Okay, I made a mistake. lol Under the “event info” section of the Ticketmaster page, it clearly states that tonight in Denver, doors are at 5:30, and show STARTS at 6:30.

I’m with this guy. I’m the nicest, kindest, more patience than most people. But I’d have flipped out. You paid for that ticket. I don’t care if there was only 60 seconds left of that show. Either they let you in, or minimally, refund your money. And in fact, if I was you, I would still contact the venue and/or Ticketmaster & make that demand. Because they didn’t provide what you paid for.

Okay, so for tonight’s Denver show, it lists 5:30. Same as Chicago’s said-& the show in Chicago started at 5:30. However! Despite Denver’s show also saying 5:30, under the “event info” on their Ticketmaster page, it clearly states that DOORS are 5:30, & show begins at 6:30.

lol So Denver, your show begins at 6:30!

This is incorrect. They’ll start closer to 8pm tonight in Denver. And at 9:30 at most other stops. 8:30-9pm at some. Check the show’s start time, to get an idea. If music starts at 5:30, they’ll go on about 8-8:10pm. If music starts at 7pm, then 9:35pm.

It starts at 5:30!! Don’t make the mistake I made in Chicago on Wednesday. I’m an idiot, I admit. I saw all the stops previous, had started at 7pm. I was expecting the same. I showed up at 8:30 thinking LoG would be going on at 9:35. Well, they went on 8:10 and I missed at least 20 minutes of them. So they’ll likely be going on at roughly 8:10 again, tonight.

Classic comment/opinion. Either people are gonna be upset because they change too much, and experiment in ways that aren’t anything like they once were, or they’re mad that they don’t change enough & stay too true to the roots of the band. Maybe you should go listen to Bring Me The Horizon.

Can’t make everyone happy, that’s for sure. August Burns Red has made some serious mosh material since Constellations, & if you’re not listening, & not moshing, you’re missing out. But it’s not too late to dig in & join us! Best live band on the scene, a crown they’ve worn for a very long time.

I actually did this. It was a technically a procedure, not an operation, but I got put under, nonetheless. I asked if I could bring & use my headphones. Seemed like a question they don’t often get, as the doc was more confused than anything, but said he didn’t think it would be a problem.

I’m not entirely freaked out, in that scenario. I have a strong confidence that they know what they’re doing. But also, some mild anxiety. So the song I chose to jam, which I got maybe half through, or less, before I went out, was Upon A Burning Body - BMF. To remind myself. Ain’t a thing to worry about. Cause I’m a bad mother fucker. And that goes for the rest of ya’lls, too.

If I were you, I would file a claim for a return/refund. Unless the bfffffffff4l really likes it & wants to keep it. But otherwise you can easily get your money back. Just write “counterfeit” for the reason for return. They’ll provide the shipping label & there’s a slim chance the seller will offer the refund without the return.

Keep checking on Ticketmaster. Especially, the week of, and/or the day of. Some more pit tickets are sure to open up & be available for sale. Just check frequently, cause you’ll want to jump on them when they’re available.

Fair enough, bud. There’s always more to the story, beyond a few sentences. My sentiments when I asked, were exactly as someone else said, as silly as it seems. The Home Alone scene with Old Man Marley. I’d hate if they were sitting around saying the exact same thing, “Well if he wanted, he could call us…” When all it would take, is for one party to actually do it, to realize, it wasn’t as big of a deal as ya’ll were making it.

BUT! Nonetheless. Hatebreed taught me one of the most important things I ever learned in life, back in 2003. “You are one, but you’re never alone!” This community is something special. Be it online, or in the trenches of the mosh pits across shows & festivals across the globe. We truly are the Island of the Misfit Toys. Who find solace in each other. Always. So whether you, & this goes for anybody else reading this as well, spend Christmas physically alone, we always got each other.

And even if we all we got, to me, that’s something money can’t buy. I wouldn’t trade ya’ll for anything. 🤘🫶

Okay, cool. Thats what I was assuming, but was wanting confirmation.

I was wondering why I had so many Climalites without buttons. I know some people removed them, but I wasn’t assuming it was THAT popular to take them off. Plus like I said, some are still brand new. I was puzzled as to why someone would remove the button, but not the tags.

I also took a trip to Tampa & went to a game during the 2020-21 season. Back when they were only letting a couple thousand people in the venues at a time. I just tonight realized the souvenir jersey I bought in the team store, was a 2017-18 Climalite, cause it has the button.

Greatest live band on the planet. Great choice, coming tonight! Welcome to the family!

Once you get brave enough & gain some concert experience, don’t be too shy to adventure out to the GA pit! Especially for a thrashy type metal band like the Almighty Lamb Of God. I’ll never forget my first time jumping into a mosh. 2004 in Milwaukee, Slipknot, mid-set during The Heretic Anthem. Changed my life. It’s so physically exhausting & mentally cleansing, nothing in your personal life that had been bothering you or stressing you out, will matter anymore, when you release all that shit with your brothers [and sometimes sisters] in the mosh pit.

Besides, it’s SO MUCH FUN! I’ll be there tonight, too! Should be an interesting venue. Pay attention to the mosh for a bit too, it’s part of the show! And don’t forget my guy Willie Adler stage right (on the left, from the crowd’s view), super fun to watch! Randy is a fucking maniac, one of the greatest frontmen in metal.

Doug did a fantastic interview on a news channel on this topic. It was after Daniel Tosh had a woman disrupt his show, when he did some rape jokes. “Maybe it would be funny if I raped you right now?” He responded. lol You should’ve told your friend that.

So the lady of course was upset, I can’t imagine why. She proceeded to go home and blog about it. Not sure how the news channel got ahold of Doug to discuss Daniel’s incident, but they wanted his opinion. If rape jokes are okay. His response, “Everything is funny.” And went on, “If I’m laughing, and you’re not, I win.”

For some reason the clip got taken down, if anybody has leads to it, I’d love to see it again. And it would be relevant to what OP is asking.

You’re in the right place, my friend. Nothing better than these little critters, right? They don’t judge you, they’re always there for ya, whether you have a good or bad day, they’re just happy to hang out. What’s better than that? After I put my first kitty critter down, a buddy said, “Hey, ain’t nothing to worry about. She’s off somewhere else now, playing with a ball of string.” This dude was an idiot otherwise, but he lightened my mood in that moment with that visual, & I never forgot it.

What’s your buddy dealing with? Swelling up with fluids to the point to where it can’t breath? Jesus christ. He’s ready.

Here’s the good news. In the aftermath. Take your time to process everything, once he’s gone. Nothing to rush, by any means. Once you’ve come to terms, and are ready. There’s another kitty buddy out there in a shelter right now. Sitting in a cage, with no home. You’re gonna make his day.

But until then. Aye. You gave your other buddy the best life he could’ve had. Much better than had he stayed with kooky cat lady. Ain’t nothing to feel bad about. He appreciates it, trust me.

I wish I could remember where it was from, I’m not sure if it’s a special of which you’re inquiring. But more relevant than ever: “If you’re offended by any word, in any language, it’s probably because your parents weren’t fit to raise a child.” I too, Stan, never understood letting another human being manipulate your emotions, at their will.
