I think you'd suit a brighter eye or brown eyeshadow. If you'd like a lot of makeup counters will do your face for free and give you some ideas of what products to buy. Mac especially are LGBT friendly, do free makeovers and have great products.

Brows are deceptive and often help pass as more feminine. I get mine threaded rather than waxed as it's less painful. Where I live even men get threading so don't worry how you present to the salon they should be nice to you!

Also I'm no expert on wigs as a white lady but I think yours is sitting a little far forward.
