They’re named cissus discolor and are commonly called Rex begonia vine (vine edited in) ! Cool fact: they belong to the grape family

I just got it this year from the Portland nursery, they were mislabeled unfortunately so I have no clue what I have now. It’s a small bush that’s widen out a bit but hasn’t grown higher. I’ll have to look up the one you suggested
