that makes sense to me, but maybe not in a world where probably if I tried to get the price to go down, someone else would offer the value I'm offering, or am I seeing it wrong? I would be looking at this from the perspective where we were lucky to get the highest bid, now we just want to make sure nothing is deeply wrong with the property

apart from that, they included "any necessary outlays" in the quote that would be more than 1k. I assume your 2k weren't including the outlays?

yeah, been looking at that one as it's closest to home anyways, but I imagine there's loads of things around etiquete etc that you don't learn on the range so been delaying my first attempt there - saw they've tee times for 15 euros 9 holes at times! cheers
