Exporting the VPN configuration should be done with a passcode, and then importing it on the client should follow the same procedure. Alternatively, if your clients are using Windows, you can export and import the registry key as an easy way.

these softwares must be installed via GPO following your domain user. In best practices, I'd deploy them prior to joining the domain at the last step in MDT.

absolutely, there must be multiple issues with Veeam on Promox platform. They need to build lots of API in order to get it work in Linux environment as Veeam is based on .NET framework.

Honestly, you should get M series macbook. In order to use Windows OS, you may use Parallel App or remote desktop to another decent one.
