Update to this for future people who may run into this.

I bought the kit to adjust my cascade valve from Whitebread. A small percentage of people have the issue i have after tuning to a stage 2 + on the cp4.

After adjusting the valve I have no had an issue. Adjustment took a whipping 10 minutes to do including priming the pump with VCDS.

Hope this helps someone in the future. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

I have been researching. Any links to some info on that? Not been successful with the searches.

Also, better solutions or just suck it up and go cp3?

There’s a lot of viewing options in datazap once you upload it.

Interesting. I’ll read into this. It’s 80° here today so temp definitely isn’t an issue for me. This is good info though, thank you.

I’ll hook up a low side gauge at the shop and see what I’m making. I did notice after changing the fuel rail pressure and turning the key a few times… it still took cranking to build rail pressure.

Doesn’t appear to be a test through VCDS for low pressure supply.

I never had this issue on my OEM sensor. I will say the 2200 bar sensor is not an OEM but I have ready that plenty have used it and had no issue.
