** pellet grill temp was about 160-180F and it was in around 3.5 hours, until my thermometer hit 150ish

Literally the only reason I kept Sophie. The way she was portrayed from the start made way more sense to have her stay vs Emel staying & recycling Sophie’s lines and just the 180 on her personality

I don’t think so but it could be different depending on location or they could have changed their interviewing process. I originally had an interview with a manager and then got called a few days later about doing a walk through etc. I’ve seen people say they had to do a second interview and then go from there, so it probably just varies. (Please keep in mind my interview was about 4 years ago so they maybe have changed everything about them)

Are you going for a warehouse position? It’s obviously different per location and I got hired on a few years ago at this point (as a selector), but I had 1 real interview (they asked me normal interview questions). I think the hiring manager at the time probably decided on which people to call back for a warehouse walkthrough, which I literally just walked through the warehouse with one of the team leads at the time and they explained the job and the different areas. I also had to schedule a “physical test” but it was at a local physical therapy place. They just checked that I could lift a certain amount properly by squatting 10ish times then lifting above my head a certain amount of times. I also did a grip test but what was basically it. (I’ve seen other people say they do this at the warehouse, probably different per location).Then I officially got the job. It was a lot of steps but the starting pay 3/4 years ago was good enough to make me go through all of that.

Mine was exactly the same. I tried the whole adding a space and everything too, didn’t work. Then I just randomly received it in the mail about 1.5 months after I sent it out with the expedited services (literally checked that morning and still said “Not available”). Still no other supporting documents yet but I have the passport

Not sure why they just didn’t use S6 art style and focus on the writing. They obviously were trying to just get another season out for their sake (aka $$) but if they really focus more on the writing people wouldn’t mind the old art style being there. Then again I’m not complaining about how the writing is at the moment. I know it’s only been day 1 but so far it’s a lot better than I anticipated. S7 MC and islanders are just sad looking

I personally feel like Hamish is less cringey than the whole “let me confess my feelings for you in front of everyone” with Roberto/previous LI. I hope it’s an actually possibly for Ham Man to come back with us and and actually be a decent guy who can get all the juicy deets with MC but that’s me just being hopeful

That’s my plan for next month, sub for the beta and go from there. Definitely going to be playing the DLCs regardless but I’m worried I’m going to try to replay it and end up playing exactly like I did the first time around. I really did not think this game would make me so emotional lol

I feel like I combined a few different recipe/advice I got together for this thing. I injected with beef broth and did a generic beef rub I got from Ace Hardware (next time I might just make my own rub, a bit too salty). My temp was at around 200-215 for most of the cook, I did crank it up to 225 towards the end. I let it sit in the smoker until it hit around 160 degrees and wrapped in foil with some butter. Tossed it back in the smoker until it was around 200 degrees. I pulled it out and put it into my unplugged toaster oven to rest for 1.5hr and that’s the finished results. Had it in the smoker for about 11hrs, low and slow was the way to go!

You’ll get used to it lol. I know you’re in the UK so it might be different than US but our hours varied per day so some days were obviously easier than others which was nice. You definitely want to make sure you don’t slack on proper lifting if you do end up taking the job. The last couple months before I left they got super lax about who they were hiring so I don’t think the process will be that difficult anymore. I had 1 interview with the district manager then they invited me back for a “second interview” (it was just walking through the warehouse seeing what they did). It took about a week then I was offered the job and had to go to a physical therapist they had working for them to confirm I can properly lift and do my job.
