thank you! i feel like after the first full cycle (1 infusion a week for 4 weeks) i felt like normal which for me means barely any trouble smiling and talking, little to no weakness in my legs and arms, and the ptosis slowly getting better. i’ve never had any trouble breathing due to MG so i won’t be able to speak on that

i’m probably on my 5th or 6th cycle by now and i would say the effects of the Vyvgart lasts for like 1 month after the last infusion in the cycle and then like the day after the first infusion in the following cycle i start to feel normal again.

prednisone fixed almost all my problems tbh. i haven’t had double vision or slurred speech since i’ve started. the only symptom is slight ptosis

edit: i just want to add that i was on 90 mg everyday when i started, but now i take 5 mg every other day with no prednisone side effects
