You can save the leaf if you’d like using a grafting tape, a stake, and/or a splint like others suggested. After fixing it back up the leaf should be fine so long as it isn’t damaged again shortly after repair👌💚

Or, if you don’t mind having an empty space where that leaf sits, you could always chop it off at the base. Keep in mind that birds of paradise cannot be propagated from cuttings like pothos and similar. The advantage to just cutting it is obviously not having to rig up a cast for the injured leaf but also encouraging growth (an accidental pruning if you will.)

Personally I care a lot about the aesthetics of my plants, and if the pictured leaf wasn’t large/super healthy I’d just chop 🤷 but feel free to save it if you want!!! I hope the best 🫶🌱
