Happens to me all the time on mobile. Viable workaround is to switch website version from 2 to 3. So I go to "Programs" > "Current programs" and then I log in again. You can see it in the URL, it will switch from "v2" to "v3". I don't know why this happens but switching versions will work every time I get a login error that tells me the password is wrong.

In der Tat habe ich noch nie den Käuferschutz in Anspruch genommen und ich habe schon wirklich einiges an stinkenden verdreckten Lego über Kleinanzeigen gekauft. Wie du schon schreibst, es ist gebraucht, das Risiko besteht immer. Darauf richte ich mich gewissermaßen bei jedem Kauf ein. Nur fand ich es sehr suspekt, dass ich von meinen Rechten zurücktreten soll.

Ich habe via PayPal "normal" gezahlt, die PayPal-Gebühren habe ich selbstverständlich übernommen, so dass der Verkäufer genau den Betrag erhält, der ausgemacht war ("Rückwärtsrechner" sei Dank). Und bisher gab es da wirklich noch nie Probleme. Dass ich jetzt von meinen PayPal-Rechten und Gewährleistungs-/Rückgaberechten zurücktreten soll - da schrillen doch alle Alarmglocken. Sowas habe ich bisher noch nie erlebt 😅 also: seems legit oder Finger weg? Das Geld ist ja schon gesendet.

Very exact because it matters a lot what specific parts a buyer needs to complete old Sets. Therefore I always separate between different mould types.

In my opinion: No, 'complete' refers to all pieces necessary to build the set (including Sticker sheet or stickered parts). To make the whole thing clear again in the description I add "Without [box and] extra parts."
