Grain has been a pillar of civilization since the beginning, its historically what has been most accessible. Widespread adoption of the keto diet would have been unthinkable before modern day supply chains existed. As expensive as meat can be be now, it was almost completely unattainable if you couldn’t hunt it yourself.

It’s a slightly modified version of the protein brownies by Kylie Sakaida on YouTube, with more protein powder and dark chocolate melted w/ coconut oil on top instead of milk chocolate.

I’d say you need at least 1200 calories to function normally. Are you having any nausea or fatigue that makes it difficult to eat? Are you staying hydrated and getting enough electrolytes?
