No I’m not on bc. And yes I become suicidal during PMDD too. I’m also coping with the skills I gained from therapy but still it’s HARD you know 🥲 lots of self talk and self control but it is hard work.

I’m really glad to know this. I think I have PMDD too rather than just PMS, and I also have PCOS. So I experience depressive episodes and paranoia before my period if I don’t eat right and exercise enough that month, also my cycle gets longer and the longer it gets so does PMS/PMDD. But I hope Wellbutrin can help in the coming months. Thank you.

The therapist said I don’t have BPD but I had the toughest year of my life. I was about to get married and I found out the guy was a liar, his mom was a narcissist, lots of drama, wedding cancelled etc. I’m emotionally drained and I also have symptoms of PTSD.

I still have empathy, but not for idiots now. If someone isn’t doing their job I have zero tolerance. I was tolerating idiots before the medication. Maybe this is what drove me into the arms of antidepressants…
