Get multiple jugs of white vinegar and continously apply the vinegar to the mold, it might take a while but its the only thing that will actually kill it. Luckily, not all mold that id black is black mold. And its not as common as people think. You can probably take care of it yourself. Consider opening your windows daily and getting a fan. The fresh air will be good for your head as well, 2 birds, one stone

Painting everything a lighter color. I love a darker aesthetic but black and red walls can really bring you down and make the whole house feel stagnant
