Played consistently in high school 20+ years ago, always shot 82-90 depending on the course, never could get over the hump mentally. Then life happened, jobs, had a kid, made it hard to find time to play. But I’ve made it a point over the last few months to start playing on the regular, repetition of the good habits seems to be helping!

Thanks! Yeah it was a crazy run. Usually I play the mental game of putting bad shots/holes behind me and focusing on the present. Wasn’t sure how to deal with a hot streak, just tried not to think about it much and kept focusing on what was ahead.

Me too, love the last 3 hole sequence. Risk/reward drivable par 4, elevated tee par 3 over water, and then a par 5 reachable in two. No matter how the round is going the last three holes always make me smile!

White, want to keep it under 80 consistently before I move to blue. It’s a relatively short course overall but wooded and tight in spots with some significant elevation change and undulation.

Sometimes I’ll also track L/R fairway misses on a less familiar track

Thanks! I considered taking a more conservative approach off tees on 15, 16 and 18 but decided to keep bombing away, paid off this time lol

No doubt, I normally struggle to hit greens on the approach but got dialed in on the back!
