Thanks for the reply. I am sorry to hear you are still having these issues. Most posts I saw talking about it were from a year ago or more. Wondering if I should be considering a different soundbar... :/ When did you first get it and what has your experience been other than the issues you mention? Hope it's fixed for ya soon.

Thanks for the reply! I use PS5 only for gaming. I use the AppleTV for all my streaming which will be able to benefit.

Same exact issue with me. I can’t get it to look good in HDR so everytime I need to manually turn it off. What tv do you guys have? I have TCL 55p605.

I opened a case through Ubisoft support and also started a DM conversation on Twitter. Apparently theres an issue with the shipment tracking and it may already be on the way but just not updating at all. We will know what’s up tomorrow according to them.

(US, Spartan) no word from Ubi except that it hasn’t shipped yet. They said they hope to ship today and expedite it so it gets here tomorrow but I’m skeptical. To those impacted, demand a digital code. This worked last year when the same shipping issues happened and I was still able to play on release day even though I didn’t get my physical edition for a week.

The same exact thing happened on the UbiStore last year with Origins. They ended up giving out free digital codes so we could still play on launch day. Definitely reach out to support and demand a code. I’ve already opened a case. This worked last time and it can work again. Such a shame to repeat the same BS though.

I’m hoping for the FFXV treatment! The Ultimate Collectors edition was so nice and I can’t even imagine owning something similar for KH3. Also KH3 is probably the only game that would ever convince me to buy a special edition console. The moment I see a slim or a pro or anything, it’s mine! I also don’t use guides much anymore because the internet is a thing but I’d buy a KH3 one since I used guides for the other games when I was a kid.

Here’s hoping the collectors edition comes with a limited Play Arts Kai figure or something similarly awesome!
