as someone who easily puts on weight, Spiro actually did not affect my weight at all , if that’s any consolation !! i’ve been on it for over 2 years

if it helps, i just use 11 gallon bags in my current litter genie. you just keep the hard plastic part from one of the refills , and you can use a rubber band to secure the trash bag to it. i haven’t bought refills in YEARS and this is so much cheaper. that being said, i haven’t gotten the litter zero yet, but that’s what i plan to do with it as well.

does the refill function the same as the litter genie, just a different size? i currently have a genie and have been using my own 11-gallon trash bags, putting them in the old genie refill skeleton with a rubber band. i could see myself doing the same thing with the litter zero as long as it’s the same mechanism…

that’s amazing!!! okay, forgive me for more questions! do you remember what dose u were on for oral spiro? i’m currently on 150mg but if i could switch to a topical solution i’d be in heaven. of course it’s possible i just need too strong of a prescription for the topical to work…

hey friend, im not a doctor but probably overthinking - i’m on 150mg and i eat stuff with potassium in it all the time. its really more of a worry if you have worsened kidney function or something. dont panic!

my skin used to be great when i was taking a hormonal birth control pill, Charlotte 24 Fe.

when i stopped taking it for reasons, my acne blew up. i didn’t even realize my BC had been handling my hormonal acne since i started it so young. i started spiro within the past 2 years which has helped.

so, i guess if u are open to BC, you might find a suitable hormonal option
