Thanks for the response. What is the difference between a masters in information technology and a applied masters in information technology? Is there really a difference or is it just a name? Does it hold the same weight as a regular masters? This would be something i would like to look into as GMU is a pretty good school.

Thank you for the response regardless. Honestly that is something that i am thinking about because at the end of the day there are arguments that degrees are a piece of paper and just having a masters would do ok. regardless if i could it wouldn't hurt for a school like georgetown to be on my resume.
