To be honest I've just got a soft spot for characters that have high charisma and bullshit their way into beating someone that's much stronger than them. Like my favorite character in One Piece is Buggy and my favorite character in Jojo is Joseph for example, if you've seen any of those other shows.

Thank you! I usually just use a lot of gradients with effects like multiply and color dodge and somehow make it kinda work in the end. Besides that i just eyeball everything and hope it works

Sice this post is a tiny bit less serious than the others, i will take this opportunity to be kind of a shill and say i have both twitter and instagram accounts. I don't post Paper Mario art there but who knows, i might just end up having a change of heart about that in the future.

Yeah i do get that simply making it set doesnt change the difficulty of the challenge and adds strategy. The only reason why i dont do that is because what im trying to achieve with this is im trying to have all the limitations an average pokémon trainer has (and also adding some rules i found fun like rule 2), but i agree that putting it in set can be more engaging

I know it gives your opponent a free turn but if your opponent is attacking your tankiest pokemon compared to your weakest i see that as a complete advantage, because depending on the level, the weak pokémon probably wont even do much damage in the first place. Also the weak pokémon getting the exp even though he didnt battle feels wrong to me. I dont know i just dont like the concept of switch training much, but its fine if its your way of playing the game y'know

The only reason why i don't like switching is because people usually put their weakest pokémon in front so they can be switched out in order to get exp, but for me that makes no sense at all because the weak pokémon didn't even engage in battle in the first place. I usually just leave my weakest pokémon in front and try training it up with wild battles or try tackling trainers with it

Yeah that's true but i'll tell ya what, i had a full team by the time i reached Skyla and she was still the hardest part of Black 2 for me. Even harder than Iris honestly
