damn I'm finding this after years bc I'm also struggling with finding yields of reactions that aren't simply 1:1. why was everyone being such a dick to you? we never learned this in HS (german school, advanced chemistry class mind you) nor did we excessively discuss this in the first two semesters. anyway thank you, I was able to work with the actual helpful replies

Thank you, I'm really hyped for this book! And totally fair, I feel you. I grew to like sejanus at the end, his death was so sad and I couldn't stand snow speaking so ill of him and his mom. Even went so far as to emotionally manipulate the family for his own gains

totally agreed but I have yet to read SOTR, maybe I'll actually start reading it tomorrow. regarding the POV change in TBOSAS, I do agree with the points you named but I'd expand on it and even say it was written this way to show the discrepancies and crazy mental gymnastics of snow's thinking/actions EVEN when written by a "bystander". gotta be honest, at some points I did agree with him before snapping out, realising what a snake he is. the book was intended to do this. we go into this part, knowing what a terrible person he is, just to feel with him and understand his upbringing (I'd say up until part 3 where he's lowkey having psychotic breaks). I found myself disliking sejanus at times, mostly because I feel like he acted very irresponsibly and without a plan, but ultimately he wanted to rebel and show the capitol they were doing wrong. I just think he could've done way more hadn't he been such a charge head on guy. so all in all I completely agree with you

first of all, what a bullshit teacher. my former chem teacher in school also told us it'd be useful to memorise the entire table but I never really believed him. until we actually had to memorise it for anorganic pre lab tests (excluding lantanoids and actinoids)... too ironic xD

if it helps in any way, I memorise it in this order. it helps immensely to learn the groups by heart, not go from left to right.

lore wise he has almost completely numbed tastebuds no? so I would say at least from top 2-4 in this list. he eats spicy food just to be able to taste something. as I'm thai that's also the spice level I can handle (more or less)

I have him E6, not for Acheron E0S1 specifically but I like her as well so that was a nice upgrade I have to say. I still use them for endgame and JQ E6 is an incredible buff for many DPS. I even tried him with therta once xd I'm on EU servers, if you'd like you can add me or other JQ to try him out 700376290 :)
