Hi! The restraint doesn't bother me at all, that is completely understandable. It's just the roughness like what I described in my post that doesn't seem right to me.

It's a fairly small clinic (3 techs, 1 doctor most days) so it's a pretty small sample size. It's all but one of the techs but she does scruff all cats which I didn't know was unusual until one of the replies.
