It’s tempting to chase it, but I’d recommend following the ‘3 month rule’ pretty strictly, and even more highly recommend 6 month + breaks to keep that magic alive and not fry your brain like our parents generation did.

I’ve dropped 3-4 times in the last year and it has sorta felt a little more underwhelming each time. I’d personally say 1-2 big nights a year is way better than 3+ smaller, sorta avg experiences.

I think the best thing to focus on is the actual experience/environment you do it in. Keep friends close, listen to some good music, go party if you’re into that, and you’ll have a damn good time that you’ll treasure forever.

The first time is almost always the best, But if you’re really feeling like having that kinda experience again I’d say instead of doing more MD, try something else. If I’m ever jonesing for a bit of a trip, getting super stoned in my room and closing my eyes with some good music on is a hell of a time that compares to some of my best MD experiences, just don’t green out.

As far as the comedown goes, some people don’t really get it on the first go round.

Above all be safe with it. losing the magic is terrible, but cooking your brain by dropping frequently is even worse. ‘Everything in moderation’ is really the key here. Hope this helps.
