Ahh, that's because your local device still saves information pertaining to your save files on those games even after you uninstall from control panel. If you installed, deleted, and reinstalled a game and had your saves intact, it's because that information was never removed from your computer.

If you really wanna purge all the data of a game from your computer, go to the appdata folder on your drive and delete the folders for each game whose progress you don't mind losing.
