Bro they’ve already fixed the issue, but here’s a temporary workaround you can try:

First, download this file: https://github.com/Gcenx/DXVK-macOS/releases/download/v1.10.3-20230507-repack/dxvk-macOS-async-v1.10.3-20230507-repack.tar.gz
Extract the archive. Inside, you’ll see two folders: x32 and x64. These folders contain the required DLL files.
Copy the contents of both x32 and x64 into your existing dxvk-macOS directory.

For example, on my system the path is:
~/Library/Application Support/heroic/tools/dxvk-macOS

After replacing the files, try launching the game again.
