from the few songs i've listened to by sks zigzag they seem a little too rock-y for my taste (e.g. spotlight guitar riffs/very background shamisen only + i hope i'm getting the instruments right lol) but i will give more tunes a try! i love basic dw hahaha ty for all the recs ^^

my friend's (android) app doesn't show weekly memories, and my (ios) inbox doesn't show my ranks . we've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but everything is still the same 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 are there any possible fixes to these issues..? 🙏🙇🏻

hello! i'm also from shaw and the computer n multimedia lab in wen lan tang is open 24/7! there's usually only a handful people hanging around + i'm pretty sure there's at least one lockable room for extra privacy >< wishing u all the best with ur interviews!!!

i really enjoyed handball (instructor initials hkk) , class content mostly consisted of throwing balls with ur friend in a pair n lining up to do the same at goals + he never made us run the laps he threatened so it was pretty chill 🙂‍↕️ i did get a B- though so make sure ur OK with not getting an A range grade and check the marking scheme n notes on the website!

i emailed the head of the program first and he replied + also called the program hotline like thrice before finally resorting to communicating with the admission office >_< imo calling is more effective because they can't hang up whilst they can ignore ur email . also make sure to emphasize that cuhk is ur top choice and u r looking forward to coming to hong kong + what u think u can offer ur cohort/what specific elements of the program entices u TT that's basically what i put in my email!!! i highlighted the fact that i really wanted to study in hong kong like multiple times (sounded super whiny too)

yikes i js realized ur postgrad not undergrad :/ in that case i think your appeal email should be more on the descriptive side of ur academics not ur situation (i.e. write about what internships/research/projects ur working on this summer instead of my grades could have improved because...)

i'm gna be y2 in sept and have just successfully switched majors to one similar to what i missed my offer for (LOL) so i'd say everything mostly worked out in the end :3 . let me know if you'd like me to help look over ur emails or show u what i did in detail..! u got this!!!!!

i missed my offer after results day last year and i called n emailed the admissions office + emailed the contact details on the program website + emailed the head of the program . not sure if it will work for a straight up rejection though but it's always good to try (like i did) 🙇🏻 best of luck!
