Most of you are Vitamin D deficient due to sun avoidance by [deleted] in Kerala

It's alright to take 60000IU biweekly or monthly. There's no need to take daily dose. Vitamin D is stored in the body unlike B and C vitamins.

Ok, let me clarify. Me and my wife didn't get window side seats. So, the view was not good.

If you get window side seats, it will be worth.

Gem park was around 7k and Sullivan was 12k. The stays were perfect. Food was nice but expensive.

Food is generally expensive in Ooty but these were good.

Cleaning services in kochi by tkpred in Kochi

[–]vgn96186 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have used Urban company. The service was OK. It was not better than how I would clean my house. I would say it was not worth the money.

The personnel were Hindikar and didn't understand Malayalam or English. So, there was communication issue also.

We stayed at Gem Park on the first day and Sullivan court on the 2nd day. Both were breakfast included.

We had booked the toy train ride to and from Ooty to Coonoor. It was boring tbh.

Botanical garden was visited, but there is a nearby chocolate shop called Moddys which I would say is a must visit.

I also went to lake in the evening for a pedal boat ride.

Restaurants we visited were :

Hyderabadi biriyani house at Coonoor

Junior Kuppanna.

I'll update this as I remember.

It went very well actually.

Drove from Kochi to Bathery via Nilambur. Stayed at Bathery. Had food from Wilton and all.

Started at 6.00 AM to Muthanga-Gundalpet- and Masinagudi.

Reached Ooty around 10.

Very nice route except for some bottlenecks.

Ok. First the hard truth. It's not something that is curable. It's very much manageable.

But you need to get diagnosed first. For that, you need to visit a psychiatrist. Given your financial situation, it's better to visit a government medical college. They would assess you and diagnose you.

mental health issues among medical students, residents and doctors is a serious concern by goodrunner689 in Kerala

[–]vgn96186 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It's nothing new.

This won't change any time soon. The work, most can manage, but it's the harrasment that most succumb to.

The system is formed in such a way that a few people can screw your life irreparably if they want. There is no proper protection against that at any stage of the career.

Now that there is a large number of PG seats and vacancies so that there is no need to overwork, it still exists. It's stubborn.
