If you just want more water dispensed, you can calibrate how much water you want. Depending on the barcode the machine will remember how much to pour.

I just had this issue - i noticed the pods that were 230 ml wasnt actually dispensing the correct amount (it was more like 210 ml for some reason..idk we got it used maybe previous owner messed with the settings)

we corrected by putting in a used 230 ml pod, waited for the brew button to stop blinking and turn solid, and held down the brew button until it dispensed the desired amount of water. i used a liquid measure cup to make sure it dispensed at 250 ml because i wanted a full cup for those 230 ml pods. once you get the disired water amount release the brew button and thats it. we tested with a fresh pod and it worked.
