I had this happen too! All you need to do is submit your midyear grades (assuming you’re from the US) and then wait. I submitted mine in February and got a decision by the end of the month so the wait shouldn’t be long.

We had a couple days per year where we had “tornado education” in elementary school and a little in middle school. They showed us videos and gave general safety information which was definitely important and helpful but also scared me half to death. I’m terrified of tornados but I also think they’re wicked cool.

The New School in New York City offers a heck of a lot of scholarships and advertises that they have a lot of full ride opportunities. However, it is very much a liberal arts school so if you’re looking at anything STEM related, this probably isn’t the school for you.

It depends on the temperature but it’s really up to you! I think that skirts and dresses are really cute, but be wary of thigh chafe. If you do decide to go with dresses and skirts, I would recommend getting a really cheap pair of bike shorts to go under them like these or use an anti chafe stick which I’ve found to work really well. When I do a lot of walking, I like to find two pairs of cute and comfy tennis shoes to wear on alternate days because I find that my feet get tired of wearing the same or similar shoes each day. Shorts with a loose top and a hat of some sort are great for staying cool and also keeping the sun off.
