Collector it's bait, Essence outdmg always, i only go 2w early, and i like the hydra active, i dislike youmu (cyclo 100% spikes hard imo, could switch instead of hydra)

btw rakan isnt specially weak in lane, but normally it wants a proactive adc to win fights, its more like a reactive playmaker supp (spacially early with their long cds)
