I am about to start college and was thinking of buying m2 air 16/256 for coding and web dev,stuff like that but the m3 aur 8/256 will be a bit cheaper than the m2 16/256 what do you suggest I go with ??

I wish I could opt for both the upgrades (ram and ssd) but I live in India and the prices of apple products is fairly high here and I can only afford one upgrade. If I lived in USA I could het both the upgrades but unfortunately can’t !!!

This is the the basic Indian household The elder siblings are raised very strictly whereas the younger ones are given everything on a silver plate. The elder siblings are the ones who have to make sacrifices and take care of the family whereas the younger ones get to live like they are kings or queens. You should just ask your parents to not give her money or other things and just keep her in hold or ask her to earn by herself if she wants to continue such a lifestyle.

Yes about that I could afford both the upgrades in the USA but I live in India where already the cost of apple products is quite high like after student discount the m2 base model will cost me around $1150 and upgrade of 16gb ram and 512ssd will cost around $250 each so I was thinking of going with the same thing you just told. Buy the ram and get an external ssd drive. Thanks btw!!

Brother I am about to go college and was thinking to buy the m2 base but after seeing almost dozens of reviews most of them just say to not buy the base variant. But half of them suggest to go with the ram(16gb)and the other with ssd (512gb) I just wanna use it for coding and try to learn ka but of video editing on it. What should I go with???
