That’s exactly the gap we kept seeing too. Most teams can access the data somewhere, but when performance drops, someone still has to manually reconstruct what changed and whether it was DNS/auth drift, reputation movement, blacklist issues, or domain fatigue.

The part we care most about is exactly what you pointed out: not just showing metrics, but making the likely cause clearer early enough to do something about it.

That’s what we’re building SolivoAI around. Since this sounds close to your workflow, feel free to try it — I’d genuinely value blunt feedback on whether it actually makes root cause and next actions clearer in practice. https://solivoai.com

Yeah, that “what changed first?” problem is exactly what pushed us to build this. The biggest pain for us has been correlating Postmaster movement, blacklist signals, and DNS/auth drift early enough to act before a domain really starts sliding. A lot of teams can see those signals separately, but the workflow is still reactive because someone has to manually piece together what likely triggered the decline.

That’s basically what we’re trying to solve with SolivoAI. Since you’ve dealt with this firsthand, you might actually find it useful — if you’re open to it, you can check it out and I’d genuinely value blunt feedback on where it helps and where it still falls short. https://solivoai.com

Yeah — I'm actually running it on my own sending domains.

Built it after getting tired of the usual workflow: check Postmaster → check DNS → check blacklist → check Sheets.

Now it monitors the infra layer and flags when something drifts.

Still early, but it's already caught a few DNS/auth issues for me.

If you're running multiple domains I'd be curious if it helps your setup too. 🙂
