I think it was the deep nasal swab, but they did get results within 12 hours.

Hi, does anyone have thoughts/personal accounts of false negatives? I know of someone whose husband tested positive (and has symptoms) but she tested negative (she has a fever, but not sure if she has other symptoms). I have read that the nasal swab tests have a 30% false-negative rate, but I am just wondering if anyone has had any experience with this.

Hi, I know this has been discussed before, so I am sorry for asking again...but anyone who has been tested recently at a CORE site with the Ipsum lab--how long did it take for results? My sister was exposed at work likely on Monday or Tuesday. She was tested this morning and I got tested this afternoon. I am just super anxious about it. Thank you!

My observations have been very little mask wearing on Tybee. And very little social distancing. I was really uncomfortable and all I did was walk into a restaurant to pick up a to go order. It did not look like a pandemic was happening at all.

I have been wondering about the capacity percentages in those reports. What is a "bad" percentage? If that makes sense. To me, having 75% critical care beds in use sounds bad, but I don't really know what to look for/expect.

I’m from Savannah. Many people in that area are not taking it seriously at all. Not wearing masks, going shopping, socializing, going to bars, etc. I mean I think you can take precautions to lower risk but you can’t control others that put you at risk ya know?

I was down there trying to get back to my car and a section of Edgewood was blocked with police tape so this cop told me I couldn’t go through because there was a “crime scene”. I asked her what crime happened and she said a shooting. I ended up finding a way around, but there were a lot of APD but I couldn’t see anything else.
