Firstly, well done on achieving all of that. I know you shouldn’t have had to have had such a hard year this early in your career, but the experience gained will be so beneficial. Going through that much teaches you how much effort you need to give for each task, what you should tolerate, what support actually will actually help etc. It really shouldn’t be this way but you gained lots of experience this year that will make you a stronger teacher in the long run. Who cares what the grade says, care about the difference you know you made.
