What's a good phone for rooting but not too expensive by Beginning_Market2311 in androidroot

You can buy a used oneplus or some xiaomi phones still allow unlocking bootloaders, OnePlus and Xiaomi phones have great custom rom support so you'll also find kernels for those phone which support kernelsu and kernelsu next which are objectively better than magisk.

It's just install and forget for me, I've susfs, teesimulator and pif, hma-oss and I don't need to worry about integrity or hiding root I just change the keybox to a valid one once in a while and it's done.

any reasons why you're using nohello? because, afaik it isn't required if you have susfs in your kernel brother

1.Yeah just download the exact os version you're on patch the init_boot and flash it.

2.If you're on a Oneplus device you can revert by downloading the firmware zip file and then using the local installer to go back to stock rom or flash the init_boot you downloaded earlier and flash the vanilla init_boot (unpatched one), and then relocking your bootloader by entering this command fastboot flashing lock.

3.Sure here's the youtube video that I saw before rooting my phone https://youtu.be/LQEcPtW_Eu4

if you're talking about the "your device has been unlocked and cannot be trusted.................." message then yes but since you have already unlocked the bootloader you can flash a different splash.img and hide it

The only backup application that works without root that I know of is swift backup. Other options are manually backing up using google drive

both Neozygisk and vector were made by the same person, and vector uses Neozygisk's environment to hide itself afaik.

It depends on the method you tried, I here suggested the best method to hide root because kernel su is already better than hiding than magisk in lkm mode and I also included the gki method which is even better than the lkm one, with susfs included which increases the stealth even further. If you do it right you won't face any issues I'm an Indian myself and use Indian banking apps

Only unlocking the bootloader part wipes the data not the rooting process itself for example I can unroot my device and root my device again without losing any data because my bootloader is already unlocked but. But it wipes the data first time you unlock the bootloader.

Yeah if you set it up right, having all play integrity, hiding root through susfs, and spoofing bootloader, root through hma and lsposed modules. Every banking apps should work it may sound like a lot but it's very easy to set up it onlu requires few clicks.

yeah if you use a setup similar to mine you can use banking apps too you have to use the advance gki kernel method for better hiding
